A message from the matriarchs
In our New Moon group this month the subject of Gaza was weighing heavily on everyone's minds. Forget the politics and religion — for women and mothers it's heartbreaking to see children dying of malnutrition when aid trucks are just metres away.
The fire talk this month was about creative courage and the circle discussion focussed on how we can come together say something as women and mothers to let the world know how badly this is hurting all of us.
We all thought a simple way to do this would be to film ourselves watching a video of a suffering Palestinian child. No words. No captions. Just tears.

Here's the video I made. If you're in, let's start on Monday. Post your link here so we can all share.
I've sent you a film of me watching a CNN report - it may as well have been a film from when the allied troops liberated people from the concentration camps. According to the UN's World Food programme, nearly 100,000 women and children alone are suffering from severe acute malnutrition in Gaza.
